On a scale of one to ten, I'd rate Bob an 11 or 12. His insight, knowledge, and dedication in getting the best sale price were evident from the first contact until the closing 9 months later. And this was not an easy task for the home my brother left to his niece. As executor of the will, I was faced with the daunting task of selling a house in significant disrepair inside and out, full of hoarded belongings in total disarray, and in probate from my brother's will. Bob helped us expedite with the probate lawyer, clear and clean the house and find a buyer despite difficulties from my niece and her boyfriend who were impeding the process at every step of the way. I can't say enough to describe the excellent, patient, caring and much appreciated help that Bob provided in processing the home sale at appraisal value, even finding a buyer without use of the multiple listings to save us 2% off the sale commission to maximize the proceeds for my niece.
