Internet Target Marketing

Now that we have the listing what do we do with it?

One of our strategies is to target buyers and their agents with internet and social media advertising. Depending on the property and it’s unique amenities will determine the most probable buyer for the property.

According to the National Association of REALOTRS profile of home buyers and sellers 90% use the internet as one of their information sources.

Studies show 83% buyers research properties that have quality photos and property descriptions to be useful in their decision making.  Internet marketing helps promote interest for buyers surfing high quality images, virtual tours, links to schools, shopping and local amenities etc.

High quality photos with room feature descriptions target buyers emotions connecting them with the properties before setting appointments.

Sellers listings with personalized domain name featuring the address will increase search engine recognition and local agent and buyer recognition. Quality photos and description a must in internet target marketing.

Internet Target Marketing is one of many systems we use to emphasize attributes of our listings to get them sold.

If you or someone you know is considering buying or selling real estate in Port St Lucie, Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach or Fort Pierce I welcome the opportunity helping you or them understand  internet target marketing.
